Wow! There were so many things happening this week in the Bernat community! I don’t know where to begin!!
I guess a good place to start would be with Bernat’s free yarn contests! Congratulations to Debbie Skinner Terro, who won $25 worth of Bernat yarn in the “Name This Pattern” Facebook contest. She came up with a really FUN name - Rickrack Paddywhack! Another yarn give-away was posted on the Bernat Blog, where “Cherie” won a Bernat pattern book, with 3 skeins of Bernat Pipsqueak yarn. KAL & CAL – Have you joined in our new crochet-along and knit-along for baby month? It’s not too late – we just got started this week, and would love for you to join us. We are crocheting the sweet Flutter Sleeve Vest, and knitting the beautifully intricate Cable Baby Sack. Even if you aren’t participating, you should still come and read the forum posts, because we are having a great time together. Your encouragement and advice would be very helpful. Our KALs and CALs in the forum are the perfect way to learn to make Bernat’s new patterns – and you’ll make some new friends too!
