There’s a certain risk factor to knitting and crochet — wait, make that “wrist factor”! A day of stitching can wreak havoc on your wrists, so make sure to stop every 20 minutes or so to stretch and shake them out.

    My fingers get stiff and painful when I crochet. I have not come up with a solution to the problem. I will stop and rest but it does not make it any better. This will never stop me completely from crocheting. I love it too much, but It is a struggle.
