After diligently working on my Bernat Satin Lace Edge Cardigan, all my cardigan pieces were finally complete, and ready for seaming!
But, before seaming, I had to do the lace edging on the front, and add a collar as well.
Here’s the lace edging while it was in progress:
When the edging was done, I got to work on the collar:
This cardigan has taken a lot longer to make than I originally planned. I thought I could do it in a month, but it is actually taking two months. The knot stitch is tedious, but beautiful. And now, the lace edging is going quick! The seaming is all that’s left, so now there is hope that I will actually wear my cardigan very soon!
