Woo Hoo! I finally got a good rhythm going, and have been able to make some progress on my cardigan. The Knot Stitch was tedious at first, and my poor hands were hurting from all the twisting and turning. So, I decided to loosen my “death grip” on the yarn, to let the yarn flow more easily. MUCH better! Now, I’m able to work through that stitch without pain. It’s still slow, but I’m making it through.
I have almost completed the back of my cardigan!
I just love the beautiful texture of the fabric, with all those knots. Gives it a very classy look! 
I added some stitch markers, to show where I began the armhole, to make it easier to measure the top of that section. And I marked the 21 stitches on each side, which will be used to complete the neck edging.
Even though it’s been time-consuming to make, I’m still very pleased with the design. And I’m REALLY looking forward to wearing my finished cardigan.

I used that knot stitch with a pattern for a V neck pull over and it turned out great (used the Bernat satin as well) just sadly the wonrg size!! LOL I forgot the knots when calculating it out!!!!!
Bummer! Oh well….maybe you can find someone who can wear your pretty v-neck. Or, you could make another one! Good thing the Bernat Satin is so affordable.
Love this yarn!!! I made a long basketweave scarf out of the orange. I’ll definitely try that stitch!
